  • Directions:  Rt 4; Exit Jones Rd; Right Palisades; Immediate Right Beech; (House cannot be seen from road); Parking on the road according to town regulations; Enter Drive as the road curves left by the Miron Properties Realtor red sign……….: Customers will be allowed to drive in only for pick ups and disabled person drop offs!!!!!!!!!!

  • PLEASE bring your own bags, boxes & packing materials. We will not be providing these in accordance with NJ law. This is a good way to recycle your own boxes, newspapers, etc. That’s what we are about – RECYCLING!!!!!!

    –  This is a small home. We will accommodate as many people as is safe & according to current guidelines.

Greetings tag salers!! We are back after a brief summer break and boy are we back with a great sale!!! We are honored to be the company to bring you the estate sale at Dr John K. Lattimer’s Englewood home. Dr Lattimer (1914-2007) was a prominent urologist who received his degrees from Columbia University. He is renowned for all his medical achievements as well as his service in the US Army during WWII, his work as a doctor during the Nuremberg Trials, his
work on JF Kennedy’s assassination, as well as his many many collections (historical, medical & military memorabilia). He was a doctor foremost but also a collector and author – Kennedy and Lincoln: A Medical and Ballistic Comparison of Their Assassinations (1980); and Hitler’s Fatal Sickness and Other Secrets of the Nazi Leaders (1999). He also wrote a book about the history of Englewood, “This Was Early Englewood”. There is a little bit of EVERYTHING in the home all
the way down to a taxidermy cobra!

Although quite a bit of his collections have been sold off at auction over the years, we still have a house full to sell.

Toys: As we are uncovering and opening a slew of boxes, we are finding many Baby Boomer Generation toys and games:antique Weeden steam engine.  There’s a nice collection of 1960s (and 70s) toy guns, cap guns, Marx guns and even a Mattel  Tommy Burst!  Some 60s-era Horror-Related toys like: the original Mattel Creepy Crawlers molds, Creeple Peeple and Pressman’s Witch Dr. Head Shrinkers Kit. Older Metal Erector Sets; some Marx playlets including Cape Canaveral Missile base; Some Old Pressed Steel Trucks including: -Old Tonka Fire Truck with the fire hydrant and original box, Buddy L Fire Truck, Buddy L Army Truck

There are a few TYCO (NJ Mantua Co.) train sets; a 1950s Looney Tunes lunch box with its thermos; An original Eagle Toys Hockey Night in Canada Game; A Hank (Henry) Aaron Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat.  Lots of old plush, including a Disney Pluto Plush with a music wind-up (and it still works)
